New Year's Resolution

Why is it so hard to form good habits?  For so many of us the New Year brings motivation, new perspective and hope.  Then February rolls around and the tank is on empty.  This got me thinking, “Why not do small tweaks throughout the year to bring about lasting improvement?”  A tweak a week!  Every week I will post a new habit to concentrate on.  Hopefully by the end of the week it will come naturally.  Stay tuned for our first habit of the year coming on January 1st.
